Zig Zag

This indicator is widely used and very simple about its representation. It is a trend following indicator that filters movements that are not considered significant, or those movements not exceeding a particular value X (shown as a percentage or in points). The result is a trend representation of the asset through a “Zig Zag” line for an easier and visible trend identification.
